Mexico - 12 oz. Whole Bean
A delicious change of pace. This Medium/Dark roast brings out some cinnamon and almond spice, with all of the classic qualities of a high altitude latin bean roasted beautifully for espresso. Originally played with as an espresso blender... I roasted this single-origin just a bit darker and found some new flavors to develop. I have been enjoying this fine origin in espresso, aeropress, and a good ol French press.
